We’ll take a look at some of the most popular MMOs and MMORPGs that are out there, as well as some hidden gems, and give you our thoughts on them. In this blog post, we will discuss the best MMOs that are available on Xbox. Here are some of the best MMOs available for Xbox: While there aren’t as many MMOs available for the Xbox as there are on PC or even for Playstation, there certainly is enough variety to satisfy any MMO fan. I think it might be my favorite RPG since Mass Effect.Do you love MMOs? If you’re an Xbox gamer, then you’re in for a treat. And even with that, I pretty much did every mission in the (pre-DLC available) game. I never felt obligated to do anything I didn't want to do. The side missions, knowing they weren't necessary, had enough flavor that I really wanted to play them, but never felt necessary. I wish I had the time I did when I was in my 20s, playing Balder's Gate and Icewind Dale. I would love to, but I don't have the time. There are quests that don't really track with me other than to pad out the game. Loved it all.įurthermore, as a mid-life guy whose life deals him very little free time to play what I want, when I want, this game felt like it respected my time. It spoke to me in a way that few games have before. This game felt like it was made by people who grew up in the same age and culture I did. I'm just here to boost the recommendation for Wasteland 3. It's almost gotten lost to time because it's not the prettiest game and doesn't run out of the box on native systems well, but it's a very interesting game. It also probably won't work for you out of the box, but it's fairly easy to install the mod to fix it if you Google it. It's old, and the spellcasting you draw runes in a combo to cast, which can be clunky but is really Immersive. It's an Immersive Sim RPG made by the devs who later made Dishonored. Nothing particularly outstanding, good or bad.Īrx Fatalis isn't on that list though, and I'd recommend it. The combat is fine and that's it right now. It'll occasionally ask you for input, but it's almost all just the tone of voice that you respond with, not an actual difference in dialogue. So far at least you don't really get any choices. I'm a few hours in, and after hearing lots of friends and everyone online rave about it, it feels overrated. I started Persona 5 when it came to gamepass. Mercifully user friendly with mercifully small areas.Īnyways, I've played a lot, but I obviously haven't played everything, so please do recommend RPGs yourself.
